WIAW #5 Hungry All Day

Do you ever have those days where you can't stop eating??

Yesterday was that day for me.  I honestly could NOT feel full.  So, of course, yesterday was the day that I was taking pictures of what I was eating for WIAW.  That means you'll get to see the madness ;)

There's a theme this month with Jenn over at Peas and Crayons: Love Your Veggies.  I feel like I've been loving my veggies, have you?




Here's what I ate yesterday:


Breakfast: green tea, banana, pumpkin spice granola bar,
emergen-c packet, gummy vitamins


Lunch: two chicken wraps on whole wheat w/ peppers, cheddar, sour cream, and a kiwi


Snack: choc. chip grahams w/ pb


Dinner: chicken nachos w/ peppers, ginger ale


Snack: orange, string cheese


Snack: breakfast cookie- whole wheat, oats, honey, dark chocolate

So, I had my servings of fruits/veggies, but man, did I eat!  

I'll definitely be sharing my recipe for the chicken wrap and breakfast cookies, they're both SUPER delicious.

  1. I have days like that and it's weird because I totally notice that I am literally eating about twice what I usually do, but I have to because I am so hungry. It all evens out right?

  5. Ohh boy, do I ever have those days sometimes! Everything you ate sounds yummy...I love those Kashi pumpkin granola bars!

  13. For me my 'can't seem to stop eating' day is a friday. No work = no distractions from the kitchen cupboards! I don't think you did too bad though, plus it all looks super yummy! x

  14. I have these days too! Maybe is has something to do with the cold weather? With all these yummy eats, I think I would indulge too. But you're really good, most of these are all healthy snacks

  15. I'm constantly eating. Three big meals are a bit difficult for me. But I'm eating all day long. And mostly healthy too ;) I agree with Sam, you've done well, these were good picks for snacks. Well done!

  16. I have a love/hate relationship with those days! I hate them for the obvious, aforementioned reasons, but I love them because I really enjoy the food when I'm hungry all day...I don't enjoy food as much when I'm just eating for sustenance. If that makes sense. haha

    And yeah, sometimes I can't stop eating. I snack and snack and snack. Usually, it's my rest days. Isn't that crazy?

  18. I do love my veggies as I am a veggie :) I have those days more often than I would like to. I feel like I could eat a whole pizza by myself some days. Not cool. Your day worth of food looks delicious though :)
