I've been thinking about my resolutions, like so many others, and it made me realize that even though I may not stick with them the ENTIRE year I do stick with them for awhile and then try and remind myself of them throughout the year, so I would like to think, that even though I'm not following them to a tee, I am bettering myself. (First New Year's resolution: work on run-on sentences.)
I've mentioned before, that I find all of your blogs very supportive. What I'm hoping to do is gather up that support and lean on each other to really make or New Year's resolutions happen this year. So, what this link up will be is a weekly reminder of the changes that we want to make happen in our lives and hopefully it'll come with an AWESOME amount of support (from me at the very least!)
Here's the format:
1. Tell us what your New Years resolutions are (be specific)
2. Tell us how your going to make your resolution happen until the next link up (goal for the week and progress from the week before)
3. Meet and support other people who are doing the link-up throughout the week.
4. Stop by on Monday's to link-up again
4. Stop by on Monday's to link-up again
Simple, right?? I think so.
As for me, my resolutions this year are:
1. Complete another triathlon (half-ironman)
2. Eat less processed foods
3. Continue to work on and expand my new business
4. Improve my blogging skills
How am I going to be making that happen this week??
1. Official training for the triathlon doesn't start until February, but this week I plan on swimming three days and running two.
2. Shop for healthy foods. Start eating a healthier breakfast.
3. Meet up this Friday with other consultants.
4. Do my first link up!
What are your resolutions and how can we help you reach them?? Grab my button, link up, and let us know!

I am right there with you on the eat less processed foods. I am so bad about that! xo

The most important part of your goals is that you thought out ways to accomplish them. I have a few goals in mind but I am not going to give up if they don't go perfectly.
ReplyDeleteI love how not only have you come up with great goals you're bringing people together, and that's always important. Even if we don't accomplish the goals, we meet amazing people along the way and learn. I'll be posting my goals for the year a little later on :)
ReplyDeletei don't really have any specific resolutions, but some things i really want to do this year are to be more confident and take more chances. ;)
ReplyDeletehappy new year! :D
